The brands we sell guarantee all their products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship, for the length of time stated in the warranty. It does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).
Damage caused to luggage during transit (airline damage or carrier damage) is not covered under warranty. Please contact the airline/carrier that you last traveled with to make a damaged baggage claim. Most airlines may process a claim within 24 to 72 hours after you have departed the flight or carrier.
All warranty assessment and repairs are done by our Authorised Service Centres.
